1. Who We Are
Purrfect Sort is developed and operated by BridgeLogics, a registered business (eenmanszaak) based in the Netherlands. We are the data controller for any personal data collected through this app.

2. What Data We Collect
We collect minimal data to make the game work and improve it over time.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone input, or any sensitive personal data. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Local Storage on Your Device
Game state — including your level, Cat Treats balance 🍬, and settings — is saved locally on your device using standard app storage. This data never leaves your device unless you sign in with Google, in which case it syncs to your Firebase account.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Purrfect Sort shows ads powered by Google AdMob. There are two ad types:
- Rewarded ads — you choose to watch an ad to earn Cat Treats 🍬
- Interstitial ads — brief full-screen ads shown between levels
AdMob may collect your Advertising ID and device identifiers to serve relevant ads. See Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles this data.
Players who purchase the Remove Ads pack will not see any ads. No ad data is collected for those players.
5. In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. BridgeLogics does not receive or store your payment card details. Purchase receipts are validated server-side to prevent fraud.
6. Children's Privacy
Purrfect Sort is rated Everyone / PEGI 3 and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. The game does not require account creation to play — anonymous play is always available.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through our app, please contact us at games@getbridgelogics.com and we will delete it promptly.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
As a Netherlands-based company, we comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent — for personalised ads, at any time via app settings

9. Data Retention
Game progress data is retained for as long as your account exists. If you delete the app and have not signed in with Google, your local data is deleted with it. Signed-in accounts can request full deletion by emailing us.
Analytics data is retained for 14 months in line with Google Analytics defaults.
10. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting. Firebase Privacy
- Google AdMob — advertising. AdMob Privacy
- Google Play Billing — in-app purchases. Google Privacy Policy
11. Security
All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (TLS). Firebase Security Rules prevent any user from reading or modifying another user's data. We do not store passwords — authentication is handled entirely by Google Sign-In.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify players via an in-app notice.
